To cancel your subscription to Dental Suite 360, just send us an email to provide 30 days notice of cancellation.
We would be sad to see you go, and even if it was years with us, we understand nothing is forever. What we will do is help you export all of your data safely and smoothly. Once you have secured your data to new storage, we will thoroughly destroy all your practice records held on your account.
All data is securely stored on our Industry-leading secure servers. All Data is securely held with us up until you notify us of any change to your account. Upon notification to withdraw your account we will help you safely transfer your data, then after successful verification, we will destroy all records left on our server.
