It’s a cloud-based Business Resource Planning system designed to streamline your day-to-day operations. Access it from anywhere—desktop, tablet, or iPad—and give your team the right access levels to suit their roles.

Can my whole team use it?
Yes. You can add team members, assign roles, and control who has access to specific sections.
Will there be a mobile app?
Not yet. But you can easily access Dental Suite 360 through any internet browser on your tablet or iPad.
Can I access Dental Suite 360 from home?
Absolutely! Being fully cloud-based, you can log in from anywhere in the world to see real-time data on your practice operations.
Can it integrate with other software?
We’re actively working on integrations with accounting and PMS systems and will keep you updated as they’re released.
How secure is the platform?
Dental Suite 360 uses industry-standard enterprise security. Your data is backed up automatically, kept private, and software updates are provided instantly.

How can I learn to use Dental Suite 360?
We offer free live webinars every Tuesday and Thursday at 1 PM (Sydney time). These include a full walkthrough, Q&A, and staff training opportunities.
Is there training included?
Yes! A free implementation session comes with your subscription, and you can attend our ongoing workshops anytime.
Can I get help if I’m stuck?
Of course. You’ll have access to:

How long does implementation take?
Setup is fast and simple:
- Sign up → receive a verification email
- After verification → receive a welcome email and onboarding instructions
- Setup company information (≈1 hour)
Your account is typically ready within 2 days.
Do I need to install any software?
No installation is required. Dental Suite 360 is 100% cloud-based.

How much does it cost?
We offer flexible plans that cover all features, with pricing based on team size. Multi-practice groups can request a personalised quote.
What are the start-up costs?
None. You only pay the subscription fee.
When is payment taken?
Upon subscription, charged monthly or annually depending on your plan.
How is payment made?
Automated credit card payments—monthly or yearly.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from My Accounts or by contacting our team.
How do user changes affect billing?
You can upgrade your plan anytime to add more users.
Do you offer a cooling-off period?
Yes, we offer a 30-day notice period for cancellations.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you decide to leave, we’ll retain your data for 30 days and then securely delete it from our systems.
Do you offer a trial?
We don’t offer free trials because we invest significant resources in setting you up for success from day one. Occasionally, we run promotions with discounted rates.
